Welcome to Laiguline.ee! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website laiguline.ee and the purchase of products from our online shop.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website by consumers in the EU. They are written in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.

Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for just cause, such as suspected fraud or stock errors.

The prices of the products sold in the webshop are indicated next to the products.

The product images displayed on Laiguline.ee are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. The product descriptions provided on Laiguline.ee may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional mistakes. We accept no liability for correctness, completeness and topicality. All information is only used to inform visitors of the online offer.

A fee for shipping is added to the price. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed at check out before payment.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Banklinks via Montonio Finance OÜ.
Credit/Debit Cards via Montonio Finance OÜ.
Bank Transfer to Lepus in Fabula OÜ bank account in Coop Pank, IBAN: EE404204278628989917. Please use your order number in the information field. No reference number required.

Payments are processed securely. You agree to pay the full amount for any orders placed.

Delivery and Shipping

Goods are shipped to all Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are customer´s responsibility. Delivery times and costs are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

All shipments within Estonia normally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. We have the right to ship goods in up to 15 calendar days in exceptional cases. If desired product after receiving the payment is not available or delivery may demand longer time than normally, we inform the purchaser within 2 working days.

Delivery time of international shipments vary depending on country of destination. Tracking information for every shipment will be e-mailed to customer after shipment dispatch.

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address returns@laiguline.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.

A product can be returned by shipping it using any means of delivery to the following address: Lepus in Fabula OÜ, Suur-Sõjamäe tn 35b, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. wrong or defective product).

Effects of Withdrawal:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be made using the same method you used for payment.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your request.

Exceptions:

This right does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products
Perishable goods
Socks, underwear, thermal underwear. ( Due to health protection or hygiene reasons according to the Law of Obligations Act subsection 53(4) ):

Returns and Warranty

We follow the EU’s legal guarantee rules. You have a 2-year warranty for faulty or non-conforming goods.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at warranty@laiguline.ee with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity under your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse our services.

Liability

We are liable for damages only in the case of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

This limitation does not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health, or where product liability laws apply.

Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the webshop must be e-mailed. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here: www.komisjon.ee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the webshop. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order shall apply to that transaction.
